By Request

While my family was visiting last Friday I managed to pull off an improbable feat – I cooked a meal that pleased everyone.  The magic meal:  veggie fajitas.  By the request of my sister-in-law Tiffany here’s the recipe:

    Hey these were great and while in like some shrimp or chicken in my fajitas these were great and I did not miss the meat at all and to top it off with the peach CRUD mom made was great. Of course some ice crew and your cherry pie also made the desert. to see T2 eat with us was so much fun with inee and jojo there.

    We miss you all and I would convert to eating veggies most of the time if were were a lot closer to you, jeff and thomas
