Gina: While we all know that under your clothes on your chest is a large "SM" super mom, I am glad that you have now found that you can slow down a little and still be "SM" to your family. After my trip this week to DC the whole east coast/west coast time change had me worn down and I did not go into work Saturday and just went in today, I find as I get older that those 16 hour days on the railroad can be 10 hour days and I do not need to be there 7 days a week. I know you will find the balance between your energy and when you need to take a time out and rest.

Let us know what Mom and I can cook, bake and bring down for the holidays to give you a break.
