Always a problem area to fix or a new shortline to start or more money for our family.
With all the moves I missed to much of all of you growing up. I tried to be at every event, science fair, sports or play but could not always be there due to work. I traveled many days and always missed the fact I could not alwasy be there with the family. We were lucky that my job allowed Mom not having to work and she took on the job of being there all the time, she had the SM (SM) under her shirt that you now wear under your shirt.

Our joke used to be oh’ oh’ dads come home and he has something to tell us , yikes we are moving again. Every three years are family vacation was a week of family bonding going from one railroad town and state to another.
I feel very lucky that I was there when a could be and feel bad that I missed so much. You have a grown to be the best and I could not be more proud of you as a mom and wife and how you are raising your family. I am just sorry I did not spend more time at home.

It always makes you feel good when your senior managers look at you and know that they can count on you and want you for a certain job. It means htye know how good you are and how hard you work. I have always known that you would someday be the person who would go out and make the world a better place.

I think your company knows what a very valuable person and resource they have and I think that leaves you in a position to negotiate a job that would allow you to have a challenge, be the work you want to do and allow you to balance work and family.

Well tonight mom is at school so I have stayed late at work and will now head home.

Always know that Mom and I love you, your great family and Tony ,Tiff and Sara and we will try and be the best grandparents we can be. See you next week.
