I left this with the recipe also but felt I needed to post here also, it's late at work and for some reason I feel in a writting mood.

"Well a mouse or moose , I asked Thomas if you mousse had antlers and he said no just sprinkles. Not being a big fan of mouses or mousse’s when you made the desert I was not sure how I would like it but it was great and I ate the whole mousse and I can attest the with crushed candy canes on top it was over the top. I am now a fan of mousse’s. Still not a fan for a mouse. "

Hers to more fine mousse coming from you kitchen

Resolution:

1. travel more and take more time off from work, ( I get 5 weeks vacation every year but only use about 1 week)
2. See gina and Jeff and the boys more often, Take the boys out railfanning with me ( turn them into the 4th generation of railroaders in the family)
3. lose weight and be more healthy so I am around to see the boys grow up
4. ride that tandem bike with mom each day ( work to make Stockton more bike friendly)
5. cook more BBQ this year
6. Plant a bigger garden and make more homemade salsa and home made tomato sauce( You can here the mobs hits CD playing)
7. plant some citrus trees in the backyard
8. not worry about home prices, because there is nothing I can do about them.
9 Start to plan on our retirement in 5 years, not the money but where we want to be in 5 years to live and be near all of our childern and grand childern.
10. Try and do #1 though # 9

Have a safe and a great 2011

I didn't really realize how many resolutions you managed to complete. Really impressive!

This year I resolve to leave work at work I have been better about leaving the physical work at work (not preparing lectures or grading papers), but I am still thinking and worrying about it all the time. That just isn't good. So, if I am not actually working I am not going to worry about it. Wish me luck.

I also resolve to think about the environment more. Once again, I think we have been good about being environmentally friendly. We generate far less trash than anyone I know. I commute by bike, and reuse many things, but I can do more. Generally I would like to try to be more creative when it comes to using less. Seek out more crazy ideas, and adapt them to our lives. Then have Gina write about them.

I think my resolution is simply to do less things. Just try to do more R & R & build community.

Wow Gina that clothesline is awesome. I have been wanting to get one for the south side of our house for a while. It just bolts to the wall? Are the lines replaceable? We need that for diapers and other things though the dryer does make cotton fabric fluffier. And I love that picture on the Cardio Barre website. I should print that and put it up all around the house. I need legs like that that!

My resolutions for 2011 are to make sure I am not watching TV past 9 pm (this is mostly me getting sucked into Top Plays while Phil watches SportsCenter), read more books (see resolution #1), and to continue with my pathetic attempts at running in late 2010. I am also starting Tai Chi with the Aerospace Tai Chi club.
